Gaetani Events offers several different services that can be mixed and matched based on your wedding needs. We will set up a 30-minute free consultation call after your initial inquiry to better understand where you're at and what you're looking for - and to make sure I'm a good fit for you as well! An estimate will be sent to you shortly after the call.
I have a knack for timeliness, organization, creativity, communication, and empathy (I'm a mental health therapist by day). I love a collaborative approach and will work hard to incorporate YOU and all the details you envision with your budget in mind.
Your date will be saved with a retainer payment and we'll stay in touch as needed throughout the process. I am happy to answering questions whenever they arise!

1. Wedding planning & coordinating
The works! You can expect my assistance and support in planning from start to finish. Whether you've done some research and have a general idea where to start OR are feeling overwhelmed by the thought of getting started - I'm you're girl. I'll help reach out and communicate with venues and vendors as well as work with you to carefully curate all the design elements and fine details you wish to incorporate on your special day. I'm always happy to share recommendations and suggestions based on a few things I learned first hand when I was in your shoes. Day of coordinating included (see # 2).
2. Wedding day of coordinating
The big day! This service is for those who have completed their own planning but need support on their actual wedding day. It typically involves a hand full of phone calls to make sure all prior planning has been communicated effectively so I can confidently bring your plans to life. You can expect coordination of all incoming vendors and oversight of the ceremony and reception set up. I will make sure your ceremony processional runs smoothly and all transitions throughout the day feel effortless and joyful to you. Assistance with breakdown and clean up included.
3. Rehearsal planning & coordinating
The day before! This service can be booked stand alone or added on to wedding planning and/or day of coordinating services. Whether your vision is a fun backyard rehearsal dinner, at a local restaurant, or at your wedding venue - the details of this event can be so special and fun if carefully considered and planned. You can expect the same type of energy and effort I dedicate to wedding planning to be put into your rehearsal! Rehearsal day of coordinating included but not offered separately.
